Orbital pin gage technology impels forward
check Gaging Inc., Ann Arbor, Mich., has introduced its OPG-23 gage for real-time rule of crankpin diameters on CNC orbital pin grinders.
The OPG-23 precisely directions crankshaft pin diameter while the crankshaft rotates at prospers up to 90 rpm. In addition, the device features a four-bar linkage actuator that precisely locates the gage onto the crankshaft pin. This linkage also supports the gagehead thus that it experiences minimal variation in contact force during the grind period
