Position monitoring for swing clamp

Carr Lane Roemheld Mfg Co St Louis, has added positioning monitoring to its swing clamps. Available in hydraulic and pneumatic versions, the swing clamp's arm can be monitored in the clamped and unclamped position.

The hydraulic version has a proximity switch installed in the housing of the swing clamp. The pneumatic clamp uses an installed magnetic piston, which works with sensors to enable position monitoring.
