Briggs and Stratton Corp.

Briggs and Stratton Corp. hired Alan Davis to paint a motor assembly plant in Statesboro, Ga. Davis obtained the paint from Sherwin-Williams Co in August 1995 and before the painting was finished, Briggs & Stratton fired Davis.

In October 1995 Briggs & Stratton asked Sherwin-Williams to inspect Davis' painting do job-work The company wanted to recount a new painter what was destitutioned to finish the job.
