In 1995 Ward Manufacturing Inc. decided to build a casting facility onward its property located in Blossburg Pa. The facility included the construction of a large pre-engineered building forward the site.

Ward signed a turn-key contract with Welliver-McGuire Inc., in which Welliver agreed to provide architectural, engineering, and construction services penuryed for the design and construction of the casting facility.
