Albert Gallo started to work at Eaton Corp.'s Danbury, Conn plant in 1977 Eaton makes high performance, high-technology instrumentation and restrain equipment for the United States Navy. Because the company has Navy contracts, it has to comply with strict regulation contracting regulations, including some that bridle the costs that can be charged against the contracts.
