I had the challenge of machining angled dens in parts. The holes were located from the corner of the part, and the question was accurately picking up the corner while the part is angled and then moving to the cavern location. To accomplish this, I grind a V-groove 0.250-in. hard producing a right angle in a 1/2-in. dowel pin. The channel must be centered in the dowel.

To pick up the corner of the part, I place the dowel in succession the corner edge and then use an animation finder against the dowel. My idea works for any angle.
