Mitsubishi Materials Corp.

Mitsubishi Materials Corp. of Tokyo; MMC Kobelco Tool Co Ltd Of Akashi, Japan; and M.A. Ford Mfg Co Inc. of Davenport, Iowa lately announced the creation of a joint stake company, Miracle Tools America. The company, which is being established in Davenport, will use advanced grinding and coating equipment to make and coat solid-carbide metalcutting drills and occupy around 30 people.
